The Irish Canadian Cultural Association of NB would like to invite you for an afternoon of Tellebration, celebrating the telling of stories and honouring the oral tradition of Ireland.
A selection of storytellers will share a story of their choice each using their own unique story-telling style.
There will be light refreshments. Fun for all the family. All welcome.
This event takes place on the traditional unceded territory of the W蓹last蓹kewiyik (Maliseet) whose ancestors along with the Mi鈥橩maq / Mi鈥檏maw and Passamaquoddy / Peskotomuhkati People / Nations signed Peace and Friendship Treaties with the British Crown in the 1700s. These treaties did not deal with land ownership nor the surrender of resources.
Logistics:
1.The event is wheelchair accessible.
2.Parking is located in the Montgomery Street Lot.
3.Volunteers will be there to help you locate the building.
4.Certain washrooms on STU's campus are gender neutral.
